Evolving an organization

I can partner with you as a fractional COO, Chief of Staff, or Strategy and Operations lead to help identify needs and pain points, then drive organizational effectiveness. This includes creating and aligning on a clear strategy for change, new operating model, and communications narrative. This tends to be helpful for groups that need assistance for a discrete time — for example, to launch a new initiative, fill a leadership gap, or manage a significant shift.


Supporting a team

A 360 review is designed to help bubble up insights from the whole team on various areas of the company, and provide a series of recommended actions to help address feedback. It typically includes 1-2 interviews and a short survey per person, and concludes with a written memo and discussion with executive leadership. At the conclusion of the review, I can help implement and drive any requested changes.


Coaching 1:1

We start with where you are, and help you get where you want to go — even if you’re not sure what that means for you yet.

Here’s what that might look like:

  • We talk about current state. We identify what you want to change, and why, as well as what you’d like to see as the end result.

  • We figure out next steps. We outline options and possible outcomes, and talk through potential tradeoffs.

  • We follow up. We gauge success, and change gears if needed.
